Let’s dive into the overall look of the videography for the wedding! This is a collection of videos and screenshots of what I am envisioning.

These films really showcase the highlights of each wedding and add in the warmth, brown-tones, and film nostalgia

Schedule and Timeline

To ensure I capture all the important moments, please review the following key time points:

  • Arrival Time: N/A

  • Preparation Shots: 30 minutes for capturing the bride/groom getting ready.

  • Ceremony: N/A

  • Reception Start: N/A

  • Departure Time: We will finish filming at N/A, unless additional hours have been requested.

  • First Look: If you’re having a first look, we recommend scheduling it 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Please send us a final wedding day timeline by October 1st, so we can plan accordingly.

Payment Schedule

To secure your wedding videography booking, I require a deposit and have outlined the payment schedule as follows:

  • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking, which is $650. This deposit will secure your wedding date on my calendar.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of $650 is due October 27th

  • Payment Methods: We accept through PayPal. Please note that any fees associated with the payment method will be the responsibility of the client.

Final Deliverables

You will receive the following after the wedding:

  • Highlight Film: Your short film is delivered within 4-5 days of the wedding.

  • Social Media: This will be delivered within 2-3 days of the wedding with a turnaround time of 24hrs for main moments (Vows, Getting Ready, detail shots, and more)

  • Online Gallery: A link to an online gallery via Dropbox, where you can view and share the video with friends and family.

OVERVIEW

MAGNOLIA - $650

  • Full-day coverage (up to 6-8 hours)

    • Coverage from morning preparations to the end of the reception, ensuring no special moment is missed.

  • Social Media Snippets

    • Short, shareable video clips (15-30 seconds each) featuring detailed shots, main moments (like the vows, first kiss, or first dance), and any special requests. These are perfect for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

  • Full Ceremony & Reception Footage

    • Unedited, full-length videos of the ceremony and reception, including speeches, dances, and key moments. You’ll get to relive your day exactly as it happened.

  • Pre-Wedding Interview

    • A short, optional interview with the bride and/or groom before the ceremony, where you can share your love story, thoughts, and excitement about the day. This can be woven into your highlight film for a personal touch.

  • Two Videographers

    • To capture all angles and important moments, you’ll have two professional videographers throughout the day, ensuring a more comprehensive and cinematic result.

  • Online Gallery

    • A private, password-protected online gallery where you can view, download, and share your wedding videos with friends and family. This includes the Raw Footage as well.

  • Delivery Timeline

    • Your social media snippets and full ceremony/reception footage will be delivered within 2-3 days after your wedding day. The Social Media snippets will be delivered within 24hrs of the wedding for quick posting and sharing.
